Please read the following terms and conditions before booking your session.

  1. Bookings and payments are made via the website. The field can only be used if it has been booked and paid for in advance.
  2. Cancellations: If the client arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
  3. Peggs Paddock reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their discretion, for example on the basis of weather conditions, or where individuals have not complied with the conditions of use. (Subject to the reason for the withdrawal of the facility, any advanced payment may be refunded.)
  4. Refunds: Will be given if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.  Bookings are non-transferable to other people and if not cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice payments will not be refunded. When making your booking you must give honest accurate details of the number of dogs, people and vehicles to be used in the booking. Any changes to these details before the booking takes place must be notified to in advance.
  5. Peggs Paddock reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their own discretion.
  6. Your booking time includes the time required for you to secure your dog(s) and return them to your vehicle. Customers must ensure that they vacate the car park no later than the end time of their booking. For this reason, we recommend you allow 10 minutes to exit the Field safely. Failure to ensure that other customers are not kept waiting to use the field may lead to the withdrawal of the facility for your use.
  7. Do not enter the paddock if another customer is already in there with a dog(s).
  8. Use of the field is subject to a maximum of 2 vehicles being present within the Secure Field, in the designated car park for the duration of your booking.
  9. Maximum three dogs at any one time.
  10. Please ensure the Gate is fully closed and secure before letting your dog out of the vehicle/Off the lead.
  11. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times until within the secure field.
  12. Children are welcome to visit the site but must be fully supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  13. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for their dog.
  14. The use of the field area is at the owner’s own risk. Please note the ground is of an uneven surface.  The field is a countryside-based facility and as such although maintained by Peggs Paddock there may be branches and stones, uneven ground, mud and leaves in the field.
  15. You are entirely responsible for your and your dog’s safety whilst visiting Peggs Paddock and you should be in control of your dog at all times.
  16. We take no responsibility for any dog escaping the field.
  17. All dogs visiting the field must be up to date with their vaccinations and be regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention.
  18. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. No dogs are to be left unattended in vehicles.
  19. It is your responsibility to pick up after your dogs before leaving the site, a bin is provided.
  20. Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk, Peggs Paddock accepts no responsibility for any loss damage incurred or accident or otherwise whilst on site.
  21. No responsibility will be taken by Peggs Paddock, for damage, death or injury sustained to individuals, animals & property whilst on the site.
  22. Whilst every effort is made to keep the field clean, we cannot guarantee there will not be any dog poo in the field.
  23. A Fresh Water Tap is available on site.
  24. CCTV is operating 24/7 on the Field.
  25. Owners must discourage their dog(s) from digging and any resultant holes from your dog(s) digging must be filled in prior to leaving the field.
  26. Peggs Paddock may get wet and muddy (especially in the winter months) so customers must ensure adequate and suitable footwear is worn at all times.
  27. You must remove all your personal items on leaving the field as this could cause a choking hazard to other dogs, especially broken toys
  28. At no time should any dog(s) be tethered to any structures on site, e.g. Fencing, Posts or Gates.
  29. You must not climb on gates, fencing or posts.
  30. Dogs should not be left unattended at any time. You should accompany your dog(s) to ensure that you are aware of what they are doing, that they are safe and are complying with these terms and conditions.
  31. Within the Walking Field you will have the use of a small set of agility jumps, tunnels, dog walk and weave poles – All this equipment is to be used at your own risk – no puppies under the age of 12 months are allowed to use this equipment.
  32. In accordance with the law regarding ‘Responsible Dog Ownership’ you are entirely responsible for your and your dog(s) safety whilst at Peggs Paddock. The law states that you should be in control of your dog(s) at all times.
  33. Harsh handling of any dog(s) either verbal or physical is not allowed.
  34. All dogs must wear their collars with an up-to-date tag and be microchipped.
  35. If your dog(s) or any dog(s) (they) live with are showing any signs of ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general illness, lethargy etc) you will cancel any pending booking. This is to preserve the health of all dogs visiting the site as some may have weakened immune systems.
  36. Declarations: I agree to abide by these rules, terms and conditions, and accept that the use of these facilities is at my own risk and mine, my associates/family/friends and my dog’s behaviour and actions are my sole responsibility, and no claim can be made against Peggs Paddock.
  37. The dog paddock is set in a lovely rural location next to fields where horses and cows graze.  Please ensure this is the correct location for your pet prior to booking.
